Prayer Requests and Praise Reports

1.  Please pray today as Brandy and CJ’s birth family want another visit.  I truly feel that this will be very harmful to the girls especially after a recent run in with the birth mom.  Please pray that the social worker will hear our pleas!

2.  We are still lacking funding for our airline tickets.

3.  We have not heard back from the donor for the boys’ airline tickets.  Please pray that God will touch her heart.

I haven’t been very good about getting updated prayer requests on here! Here is our current prayer requests:

1. That we can get our airline tickets finalized

2. Consistent food for the orphanage at Dixville and the Deaf Home

3. For us to get all of our stuff together for the trip to Liberia

4. To pull together the final $3700 for legal fees

5. Health of our family…we all have colds, sinus infections, ear infections

6. Pray for me as I prepare to go from being the mother of 7 to a mother of 10

7.  Please continue to pray for our business.  We still wait on decisions from Medicare.  Pray for the attorneys that are working on this case for us, that God will give them understanding, discernment and wisdom.

Praise Report:

1.  We have the ok to travel!  Our boys are coming home!

2.   Russ and Anthony have all their shots and physicals done for the trip!

3.  We have no more visits from birth family for Brandy and CJ.  This is a positive thing for the girls.  Please pray for their birth families that they will seek the Lord.

Please pray for the following:

1.  Russell is meeting with pulumologist this evening to discuss with him about becoming our supervising physician.  Please pray for Russ to have discernment and wisdom.

2.  I am in quite a bit of pain right now.  Please pray that I can keep the house running efficiently and for me to have extra patience with the children as sometimes it is hard when I am hurting so much.

3.  We found out that our boys have an older brother.  His name is Daniel.  We are trying to find out more information on Daniel.  Please pray for us as we need to decide what to do with this new information.

4.  Please pray for healing for Brandy and Carol Jean.

5.  Please pray for healing for Tiffany, she is the older sister of Brandy and Carol Jean.  Pray that we can be a positive influence in Tiffany’s life.

Praise Report:

1.  We received letters from our boys!  They are all in good spirits.

2.  My dad’s 60th birthday was a great surprise.  We had safe travels of all the family that came for the big surprise!

1..  Please pray for our business.  We were just notified that we need to find a pulmonologist to supervise our business.  This is some new change for medicare.  This has to be done within the next 30 days.  Please pray for this to happen quickly and that God would give Russell wisdom and discernment in making this decision.

2.  Songs of Praise!  Thank God for the Rutledge family’s safe arrival home!  Thank God for allowing them to see our boys and speak to them.  It brought much peace to our hearts.

3.  I have an upcoming surgery, October 11.  Please pray for the surgeon, Dr. Merta, to have wisdom and discernment.  Pray for my quick recovery.

4.  Please pray for two new ones, Brandy and Carol Jean.  They have been through so much in their short little lives.  There is a lot of healing that needs to take place.  Also, please pray for their older sister, Tiffany.  She lives with her paternal grandmother.  She is very broken and misses her sisters dearly.
